Call for questions about utility billing or to set up or discontinue services. - Natural Resources: Downed limbs from boulevard trees should be called to the attention of the Natural Resources Division. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the City’s stormwater system. The stormwater system includes ditches, stormwater ponds, wetlands, creeks, and rivers. - Planning and Zoning Division: Responsible for guiding development and regulating land use within the City of Farmington. Administers and enforces the City’s Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances. Processes land use applications such as Conditional Use Permits, Variances, and burning permits.
