Adults who are experiencing homelessness in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties
Acceptable Forms of Identification: Birth certificate, driver's license, picture ID, Social Security Card/number, and State ID guests without ID may still receive shelter and meals and those without ID are required to work with staff and appropriate agencies to secure proper identification
- Opportunity Center: 9 am - 5:30 pm/7 days a week - Breakfast: 9 am - 9:30 am/7 days a week - Lunch: 11:45 am - 12:45 pm/7 days a week - Dinner: 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm/7 days a week

- Meal: Walk in; no intake is required - Other Services: Call; walk in; guests seeking services on a regular basis will need to complete a 15 - 20-minute client intake

Meals and other basic services free; a fee for lockers and some limited medical services; vary

Description

An integrated one-stop location connecting adults to critical services to improve their health, income, housing stability, and overall well-being. Services offered: - Access to Benefits: Community representatives can help individuals move towards self-sufficiency or access community benefits and support. Representatives can help with MNsure applications, Open Access voicemail, SNAP applications, Social Security applications, Veteran's benefits, and more. Schedules may vary when community representatives are onsite. - Free laundry with a limit of one load per day - Hot meals are available for those experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the week. - Lockers based on availability and for a fee - Mail service available to guests which can be held for 7 days - Phone charging stations - Showers, towels, and toiletries for clients - Supportive Services: Provides comprehensive help through medical care, vision screenings, housing services, referral to mental health assessments, legal services, financial services, and job opportunities
