Home Health Care Program, providing professional services, support, and individualized health care in the home setting. Services available include: Home Health Aide: - Daily Living Activity Assistance: Ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, and transferring - Exercises and range of motion Homemaker: - Dusting - Laundry - Light housework - Meal preparation - Shopping Skilled Care: - Medical social services - Nursing Services: Comprehensive terminal care, infusion therapy, medication supervision, newborn bili-blanket therapy, teaching, vein puncture for lab tests, and wound care - Rehabilitative Therapy Services: Occupational, physical, and speech Hospice Program: - Hospice care can be given in the patient's home, a hospital, nursing home, or private hospice facility. - Nurse on-call 24 hours/7 days a week. - Enables patients to continue an alert, pain-free life and to manage other symptoms so that their last days may be spent with dignity and quality.
