Provides professional services, support, and individualized health care in the home setting. Services available include: Home Health Aide:
  • Daily Living Activity Assistance: Ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, and transferring
  • Exercises and range of motion
Homemaker:

  • Laundry
  • Light housework
  • Meal preparation
  • Shopping
Skilled Care:
  • Medical social services
  • Nursing Services: Comprehensive terminal care, infusion therapy, medication supervision, newborn bili-blanket therapy, teaching, vein puncture for lab tests, and wound care
  • Rehabilitative Therapy Services: Occupational, physical, and speech
Hospice Program:
  • Hospice care can be given in the patient's home, a hospital, nursing home, or private hospice facility.
  • Nurse on-call 24 hours/7 days a week.
  • Enables patients to continue an alert, pain-free life and to manage other symptoms so that their last days may be spent with dignity and quality.
