Provides therapy for:- Individual therapy: Anxiety, autism/neurodivergence support groups, depression, grief/loss, health/sleep, identity, LGBTQIA+, relationship/self-care, self-confidence, sex, substance use/addiction, and trauma- Couples therapy- Child therapy: Academic struggles, achievement testing, behavioral issues, developmental milestones, identity, play therapy, sibling relationships, substance use/addiction, teens, and trauma- Family therapy: Couples counseling, grief/loss, identity, parenting, relationship/self-care, substance use/addiction, and traumaUses evidence-based treatment modalities to support clients as they work towards personal growth and mental wellnessTelehealth available.
