  • Persons in need of support to initiate and maintain recovery from substance use disorders
  • Residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties; Serves communities in and around St. Cloud and Duluth

Provides advocacy services, including:
  • Assisting with the recovery community to remove barriers to recovery and eliminate the stigma associated with addiction
  • Engages in the Recovery Voices Count increases awareness of the recovery community as a political constituency
