Anoka County non-citizens who are considered refugees and have been in Anoka County less than 8 months who meet income, household makeup, and circumstantial eligibility requirements

Provides MA to refugees NOTE: Refugees who are eligible for Medical Assistance are served through that program. Refugees receiving Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) are automatically eligible for RMA if they are not already MA eligible.
