A medically assisted treatment and recovery program for opiate addiction. Services provided: - 12-Step facilitation - Case management/case monitoring services - Combination of medically assisted treatment with individualized counseling and therapy - Methadone/Buprenorphine treatment while under the supervision of the medical provider and nursing staff - Motivational enhancement - Naltrexone/Antabuse programs - Patient education - Relapse prevention and recovery services - Supportive recovery for the long-term
