Youth ages 18 - 24 who are homeless, have verifiable legal income, and are currently living in Eden Prairie, Hopkins, and Saint Louis Park

Provides transitional housing and wraparound support services for youth ages 18 - 24 who are at risk of imminent risk of or experiencing homelessness. Manages 16 scattered-site apartments with services which include:
  • Building independent living skills and financial literacy
  • Helping youth and young adults move from crisis to long-term stability
  • Partial rent subsidy for up to three years
  • Weekly case management services to meet goals in school, employment, in the home, or to find an apartment
