Scattered Site Transitional Living Program - Move Forward

Provides transitional housing and wraparound support services for youth ages 18 - 24 who are at risk of imminent risk of or experiencing homelessness. Manages 16 scattered-site apartments with services which include: - Building independent living skills and financial literacy - Helping youth and young adults move from crisis to long-term stability - Partial rent subsidy for up to three years - Weekly case management services to meet goals in school, employment, in the home, or to find an apartment
