- Income must be within program guidelines - (For example: An individual can earn $20,800 annually, a family of four $42,400 annually) - Applicant must "Live, Work, Attend School or Worship" in St. Louis County, have a steady source of income and the ability to make monthly payments, be able to provide a minimum down payment, and be able to meet basic credit standards or be working to repair credit
