Thrive Program for Psychological Well Being and Chronic Pain - MHS

The Thrive program is an intensive outpatient treatment program that helps people with co-occurring mental health disorders and chronic pain to effectively manage symptoms, improve functioning and create fuller and more satisfying lives. Most sessions are offered online, and support groups meets once a month at West Metro location. - Follows a CBT and DBT curriculum - Meets twice weekly, plus individual therapy - works in collaboration with physicians and medical care teams

- People 18 years of age and older and diagnosed with a mental health disorder and chronic pain; must also meet level of care requirements. - Primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Dodge, Goodhue, Hennepin, LeSueur, Ramsey, Rice, Scott, Steele, Waseca, and Washington counties.
