Environmental Health - Otter Tail County Public Health

Provides evaluation, education, and promote safe environmental practices using consistent, risk-based collaborative approach to ensure health and safety. Services include:

• Develop environmental health initiatives for continued public health and safety

• Enforce county environmental regulations and ordinances

• Inspection and enforcement of licensed establishments. Licenses food, beverage, and lodging establishments.

• Provides education and information on environmental conditions that impact health

• Respond to complaints, public health nuisances, and natural disasters. Organizes cleanup of public nuisance properties. Offers education and resources on public nuisance concerns.
