Eligibility
- Adults ages 18 and older who are living with a diagnosed mental illness- Have an impairment in three or more areas of functioning- Has had a recent diagnostic assessment or updated diagnostic assessment that documents ARMHS is medically necessary to address identified disability and functional impairments- Residents of Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Mille Lacs, Pine, and Saint Louis counties

Assists and supports a recipient in areas such as mental illness symptom management skills, interpersonal communication skills, community resource utilization and integration skills, relapse prevention skills, and healthy lifestyle skills.It helps individuals who have a mental illness function independently in their homes or places of residence. The four service areas are basic living and social skills, community intervention, medication education, and transitioning to community living.Services include:- Help individuals learn more about their mental illness and managing symptoms- Help individuals achieve their dreams, such as:- Achieving financial stability- Assisting in gaining the skills to secure a job- Finding and maintaining housing- Expanding social network- Medication education- Managing symptoms related to mental health- Obtaining an education
