- Appointments: 9 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Thursday; 9 am - 12 noon Friday - Office: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday; 8 am - 2:30 pm Friday

Application process

- Call for appointment; options available for same-day or next-day - Visit website https://app.pantrysoft.com/login/ceap to schedule an appointment - Arrive at scheduled appointment time and follow signs through the circle drive at back of the building. Clients must stay in their car and a volunteer will provide assistance.

Required documents

- For ID, any of the following: Birth certificate, driver's license, mail with current address, picture ID, state ID, medical card, Social Security card, child's school ID - For proof of address: Recent piece of mail for each adult in household

Residents of Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park and Eastern Champlin (east of Highway 169)
