Supportive Housing - Vinland National Center
LivingWorks Ventures, in partnership with Vinland National Center, provides permanent supportive housing for individuals who are living with cognitive impairments and who are in recovery from substance abuse. Supportive housing has minimal staff supervision, residents are responsible for creating a safe, stable and healthy living environment.

Application process
A referral is required through the Coordinated Entry process. This process is open to individuals who are staying in an emergency shelter or working with a street outreach team and sleeping outdoors (camp, car, transit, etc). Individuals currently staying with friends or family, or who are in treatment will not be able to access Coordinated Entry.

Eligibility
- Serves individuals ages 18 and older - Must not be currently abusing alcohol or drugs, actively gambling or compulsively shoplifting. Must have recently completed a care facility program discharged by means of staff approval. Clients must be committed to sober living and have at least 90 days of continuous sobriety prior to application. - Criminal history will be reviewed on an individual basis. Certain offenses may result in denial of admission - Clients must be considered a vulnerable adult and homeless under state/county guidelines - Must have a fixed income such as SSI, SSDI, employed, or able to qualify for GRH/Housing Support Services - Must be able to do all activities of daily living including hygiene care and medication management
