Provides client-centered services to individuals and collaborates with area partners to make opportunities for job creation and retention. Helps individuals develop skills to prepare for the workforce in high-demand career pathways. Services include:
  • Career interest and skills assessment
  • Employment services
  • Career case management assistance
  • Job readiness, search, and placement
  • Short-term job-related training
  • Supportive services and referrals
  • Work experience and on-the-job training
  • Youth summer program to provide job skills, education, work experience, and summer youth employment. Activities depend on the participant's age.
