Provides client-centered services to individuals and collaborates with area partners to make opportunities for job creation and retention. Helps individuals develop skills to prepare for the workforce in high-demand career pathways. Services include:
- Career interest and skills assessment
- Employment services
- Career case management assistance
- Job readiness, search, and placement
- Short-term job-related training
- Supportive services and referrals
- Work experience and on-the-job training
- Youth summer program to provide job skills, education, work experience, and summer youth employment. Activities depend on the participant's age.
