Eligibility
- Serves residents of Aitkin, Becker, Beltrami, Carlton, Cass, Clay, Clearwater, Cook, Crow Wing, Douglas, Grant, Hubbard, Itasca, Kanabec, Kittson, Koochiching, Lake, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Otter Tail, Pennington, Pine, Polk, Pope, Red Lake, Roseau, Saint Louis, Stevens, Traverse, Wadena, and Wilkin counties
- Income eligibility is 125% of poverty guidelines up to 200% of poverty guidelines if expenses are below 125%
Required documents
All documents pertaining to the legal issues including any paperwork received concerning the case and the names, phone numbers and addresses of all persons involved. Preparing and bringing a written summary of the legal situation will also make the most of the time available with the attorney.
