Youth Violence Prevention - Oasis of Love Crisis Intervention Center

Eligibility
  • Primarily open to residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties. Any teen or young adult may request information and join community events.
  • Youth who complete Healing-Centered and Youth Empowerment Training through the Oasis of Love Crisis Intervention Center can become YVP Ambassadors, leading school-based affinity groups on these topics.

Equips youth and young adults with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make healthy decisions, address the root causes of harmful behavior, and resolve conflicts peacefully. It also teaches them to recognize the warning signs of domestic and intimate partner violence while building healthy coping skills and meaningful relationships.

Oasis of Love Crisis Intervention Center

Offers holistic, culturally grounded services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as support for offenders. It also provides direct support to families enrolled in its 24-Hour Child Development Center and serves households across the Twin Cities metro region.
