Residents of Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Steele, Waseca, and Winona counties who are: Riders: - Older adults ages 60 and older - Blue Plus, Medica, Medical Assistance, South Country, and UCare clients Volunteers: - Adults ages 21 and older
