- Riders: Older adults ages 60 and older, are current members of Blue Plus, Medica, Medical Assistance/Medicaid (MA), South Country, and UCare clients, and are residents of Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Steele, Waseca, and Winona counties - Volunteers: Adults ages 21 and older who are residents of Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Steele, Waseca, and Winona counties
- Riders: Application health insurance card Medical Assistance/Medicaid (MA) - Volunteers: Driver's license good driving record proof of insurance
8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

- Rides: Call dispatcher 48 hours in advance (if possible) and leave a voicemail if picked up by the answering service - Volunteers: Call
