Description

This program connects older adults to community services, resources, and opportunities to enhance their quality of life. These resources and services include: - Memory loss enrichment programming - Resources to churches: Parish Nurse Ministry Resource group, the Care Ministry Network, and presentations on topics related to aging - Support for informal family caregivers: memory loss support groups, caregiver coaching, access to resources, educational classes, and respite opportunities - Wellness and enrichment opportunities: evidence-based wellness classes, art programs, and online discussions
