Connects older adults and their family caregivers to resources, support, and enrichment opportunities to enhance quality of life and promote independence. Services include:

- Connections to community resources to promote wellness, engagement, and aging in place

- Memory loss enrichment programming for adults living with early- to mid-stage memory changes

- Partnerships with congregations, such as the Care Ministry Network, to support ministries serving older adults

- Support for family caregivers, including coaching, support groups, educational classes, and access to community resources
