Chemical Dependency Assessment - Nicollet County Health and Human Services

Direct Access allows an individual to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately. Provides funding for eligible individuals seeking chemical dependency services is available through the Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund. Chemical dependency assessment is available for eligible individuals and both voluntary and court-ordered individuals. Possible referrals and arrangements made for primary treatment, extended care, halfway house and other services.

- Call - Minnesota Care and individuals with insurance can access a Rule 25 Assessment and treatment service by calling the number on the back of their insurance card
