Minnesota Department of Human Services provides a number and online link for anonymous reporting of allegations of fraud, waste, or abuse of Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services resources. Included are reports of child care, Medicaid, Food Share, TANF/Welfare-to-work programs, and WIC fraud. Other benefit fraud may be reported and the appropriate office will be notified.
