Eligibility

Residents of Washington County who meet 1 or more of the following guidelines:
  • Children ages 18 years and younger who do not have health insurance
  • Children on a Minnesota Health Care Program: MA, MnCare, or PMAP
  • Children who are American Indian or Alaskan Native
  • Children who have health insurance that does not cover vaccinations
  • Adults ages 19 and older may qualify for some vaccinations

Call; visit the website to submit an Immunization Request form online; check online for dates and times of clinics

Fees

$15 administration fee for each Minnesota Vaccines for Children (MnVFC) immunization, but no one who qualifies will be turned away if they are unable to pay the cost
