Eligibility

  • Open to all
  • ID Card: Available to anyone; applicants must present identity documents as proof of age and full name
  • Driver's License: Applicants must be 18 years or older and pass both knowledge and road tests
New Drivers:
  • 18-year-olds: Must have held an instruction permit for 6 months
  • 19-year-olds: Must have held an instruction permit for 3 months
  • Provisional License: Applicants must be 16 years or older and have held an instruction permit for 6 months
