Provides children with ongoing support and case management. The county offers navigation and coordination of care and services to help children who have mental health concerns get the support they need. In addition, the county refers to social workers for: ?- A mental health assessment - Child protection reports (neglect, abuse, etc.) - Children's mental health services - Minor parent support - Truancy - Child welfare
