Maternal Child Health and New Lives - Bois Forte Band of Chippewa

Provides home visits to support positive lifestyles and improved pregnancy outcomes through the coordination of holistic health services. New Lives offers information in topic areas such as: - Breastfeeding - Car seat safety - Health and nutrition - Home safety - Infant growth and development - Labor - Parenting - Safe sleep - Toilet training Active participants are eligible for program incentives, pack-n-plays, car seats, breast pumps, home safety supplies, strollers and more. Families are welcome to join the New Lives luncheon held the 4th Wednesday of each month in Nett Lake and 4th Thursday of each month in Vermilion.
