CLOSED Southeast Minnesota Toys for Tots Serves: Residents of Dodge and Winona County Eligibility: Families with children ages birth - 18 (if still attending high school) Registration: Now - Saturday, November 30 - Intake: Visit website to register online. Documents: Photo ID for each adult, forms of identification for each child (birth certificate, insurance card, school ID, or Social Security card), proof of residency, proof of assistance, and proof of income Distribution: December 1 - December 22.
