Promotes health, welfare, and dignity of veterans who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) or a related identity. Focus is on ensuring safe, welcoming, and affirmative environment for providing care such as: - Hormone therapy - Mental health care - Psychosocial assessments for gender-confirming surgeries and hormone therapy - Substance use and alcohol treatment - Testing and treatment for HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STI)

Services are available to all veterans who meet VA eligibility requirements, regardless of their place of residence. Facility provides outpatient medical and specialty services; inpatient and outpatient mental health services;outpatient and residential substance abuse treatment; residential dual diagnoses treatment; PTSD treatment; nursing home care; physical rehabilitation, hospice/end of life care, home-based primary care.
