Permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals with long-term housing needs and other issues that may be a barrier to self-sufficiency. Services include: - Apartments with a kitchen, full bath, and a sleeping area - Assistance with self-sufficiency skills, employment, medical/dental referrals, recreation, chemical dependency referrals, mental health services, educational services, information, and referral - Community room and laundry facilities - Social workers/case managers available
