Pathway of Hope: Designated case management for families with children. Food Shelf: Available once per calendar month. Walk-in during open hours. Culturally-specific food is often available. Hygiene: Hygiene kits are typically available. Showers are available for people who are unhoused during specific hours. Transportation: Must be able to verify that the client has a permanent job for which they have not received their first paycheck or a medical appointment. Clients should bring a letter (on company letterhead) stating when they started working and when they will get their first paycheck. Transportation is limited to once a year. Case-by-case exceptions may be made depending on the transportation need. HeatShare: Serves NE and SE Minneapolis. Employment services: job leads, resume assistance, job search techniques instruction Seasonal services: Family Camp, coats for kids, holiday programs for Easter and Thanksgiving, and emergency disaster services. Referrals to rental assistance (funding is limited), car repair services, and budget counseling.
