Mayor and City Council: - Member contact information City Departments: - Administration: Responsible for the management of the City and it's operations - Building Permits and Inspections: Responsible for all building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and miscellaneous permits, and schedules all required inspections. Intake phone number (651)554-3220. - City Clerk: Provides beer/liquor licenses, dog, and cat licenses. Dogs and cats over six months of age must be licensed. Lifetime license fee for a dog/cat is $25. - Compost Site located at 681 Verderosa Avenue and accepts leaves, grass, sod, sod trimmings, and garden waste. Charges for yard waste disposal is $1 per bag or barrel. Also accepts brush/tree waste which is charged on a volume based fee. - Doug Woog Arena: A public ice skating arena. Address is located at 141 6th Street South. - Engineering: Oversees design, management, and construction of the City's infrastructure including streets, alleys, storm drains, sanitary sewer, water main lines, and sidewalk inspections.
