Eligibility
Open to all individuals and families that have been impacted by the recent immigration activity and are experiencing an increase in housing instability
Required documents
Documents required will be based on the type of assistance requested:
- Mortgage Statement
- Updated Lease Agreement
- Updated Rental Ledger and/or Eviction Notice/Intent to Evict Letter
- W9 form from property management/landlord if seeking rental assistance
