These services help children get support. Either parent, with or without custody of their children, may receive services. Services include: - Locating non-custodial parents - Establishing parentage - Establishing and enforcing child support orders - Establishing and enforcing medical support orders - Collecting current and past due support payments

- Parents of minor children if one parent does not live with the child
- Parents who pay child support through court-ordered income withholding
- People who have court-ordered, physical custody of a minor child
- People who receive public assistance for a minor child who lives in their home
