Establishes and enforces child support orders. Services include: - Collecting current and past-due support payments - Establishing parentage - Establishing and enforcing child support orders for basic, medical, and child care support - Locating non-custodial parents - Reviews and modifies court orders for support NOTE: Child Support Services does not provide parenting time, custody, legal advice, divorce counsel, or spousal maintenance establishment

Residents of Stevens County who are: - Fathers or alleged fathers of a minor child - Have court-ordered, physical custody of a minor child - Parents of a minor child, and if one parent does not live with the child - Parents who pay court-ordered child support - Receiving public assistance for a minor child who lives in their home
