Provides a major household appliance replacement program and may include: - Recycle all appliances being replaced free of charge (including second refrigerators, freezers, or window air conditioning units) - Replace an old or non-functioning refrigerator, freezer, or window/wall air conditioner with new, energy-efficient models - Replace natural gas furnace or water heater - Smart power strips and LED light bulbs

- Appliances must be more than 10 years old - Must be income qualified and a residential electric or natural gas customer of Xcel Energy. - Must live on the west side of the Twin Cities metro area or outside the metro area, but will refer all interested parties to the correct agency if they are outside SRC's service area. - Utility account must be in the name of the applicant; individuals whose names do not appear on the utility bill are not eligible to apply
