Animal Shelter and Animal Control - Duluth Police Department

Provides the following services: - Domestic Animal Issue: Reporting a domestic animal attack or aggressive animals. Reporting and removal of deceased domestic animal (including wild animal) found on city street, boulevard, or sidewalk. - Lost and Found Pet: Animals are placed in care and on hold for five days. If the animal is not claimed within that five-day period and is adoptable, it will be transferred to a local shelter and put up for adoption.
