The Emergency Response Center operator talks with them over the speaker to decide upon proper action and coordinates the appropriate responder - emergency services, caregiver, family member, neighbor, etc.

The response center is US-based and provides multi-lingual communication with over 140 languages available answering help calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
