Community Access Services - Guild

Short-term service helping individuals access mental health services and other community resources, determining the ongoing service needs and making appropriate referrals to services and resources. Community Access Services also offers private pay options for individuals with mental illnesses and other clinical disorders who do not qualify for publicly funded programs. Services include assessment and planning, therapeutic intervention, skill development, and coordination of services.

Application process

Call or visit website; a return call will be made within one business day. Intake begins with an initial phone screening to identify the individual's needs. Then, over a 20 day period, a mental health assessment can be provided.

Persons who have a diagnosed mental illness of a serious and persistent nature. Serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties.
