Food shelf which can be used once in a 30-day period. Families receive food for three - five days. Hygiene items may be available as supplies last. Vouchers for clothing (adults and families), and bedding/linens. Provides Bridging referrals for individuals needing furniture. Transportation: Bus and gas cards are available for individuals who are experiencing homelessness and in a Coordinated Entry program or for individuals who are starting a job but haven't received their first paycheck yet. HeatShare, seasonal services, Family Camp, back to school program, seasonal programs Coordinated Entry assessments for adult families and singles 24 and older in Anoka County Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP): Funds are only available to individuals and families facing an eviction. Funding varies month to month and may not be available. Rapid Rehousing: Provides services for people experiencing homelessness that have found housing. Street Outreach: Provides outreach services such as food and transportation for people experiencing homelessness.

Serves residents of Anoka County living in the following zip codes: 55005, 55011, 55014, 55038, 55070, 55092, 55303, 55304, 55421, 55432, 55433, 55434, and 55449 Coordinated Entry and FHPAP requirements and Rapid Rehousing: - Residents of Anoka County - Eligible household income must be at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines - Eligible households must be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness and in need of financial assistance due to a housing crisis
