Call during office hours to make an appointment; intake process needed for membership and use of services; new clients needs to complete application

Program services are no charge to HIV positive members (clients)

Persons living with HIV/AIDS; primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties
