Custodian of all records of the County about personal property, real estate transfers, and vital statistic records (birth, death, and marriage). Provides storage, access, retrieval, and copies of these records for the public and businesses. Other documents recorded include state and federal tax liens, Veterans of Armed Services discharges, notary public registration, and ministerial credentials.
