Caregiver Support Services provide individualized coaching and counseling to help caregivers develop caregiving skills, connect with resources, and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle.?? Caregiver Respite Services provide safety, companionship, supervision, and other nonmedical services that allow the primary caregiver time away for other activities. - Respite services are usually provided in the care receiver's home using a care plan specific to their needs. - Caregiver respite services provided temporary relief and support to primary caregivers who bear the responsibility of caring for their loved ones with physical limitations, cognitive impairments such as dementia, or chronic Illnesses. - Caregiver respite services offer a vital break for caregivers, allowing them to tend to their own needs, recharge, and prevent burnout.
