Group Respite - Elder Network - Southeast Minnesota
Groups of 3-5 older adults receive socialization, conversation, game play, outings, etc. from trained volunteers and staff (Group Facilitators), while caregivers receive 2-3 hours of respite. Group participants meet at a set location that matches their interests, and meet with individuals who are compatible with their personalities. The Groups are individualized for the participants. Transportation can be provided/included in the service.

Application process
Call for appointment. Coordinator will complete face-to-face interview and intake with client.
Fee
Call for information; limited scholarships provided; donations accepted; hourly rate for clients based upon sliding fee scale based upon the Federal Poverty Guideline income and number of clients per household.
