Eligibility
Residents of Washington County who are:
- Fathers or alleged fathers of a minor child
- Parents of a minor child and if one parent does not live with the child
- Parents who pay court-ordered child support
- Have court-ordered, physical custody of a minor child
- Receiving public assistance for a minor child who lives in their home

A monthly 15% fee is paid by the parent paying support, deducted through income withholding; vary by service

Establishes and enforces child support orders. Services include:
- Collecting current and past-due support payments
- Establishing parentage
- Establishing and enforcing child support orders for basic, medical, and child care support
- Locating non-custodial parents
- Reviews and modifies court orders for support
