Youth Assertive Community Treatment - Northern Pines Mental Health Center - Central Minnesota
Provides intensive rehabilitative mental health services to youth who are living with a mental illness or co-occurring disorder. The program provides assistance in coordinating mental health, school, employment, housing, family, and physical health services. The program features an integrated and intensive team approach toward recovery. Services include: - 24 hours/7 days a week crisis services access - Care coordination - Community-based services - Educational services - Housing access services - Integrated wrap-around services - Psychiatric services and consultation - Psychoeducation - Transition services - Vocational services

A comprehensive community mental health center serving Aitkin, Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties. The center also provides in-school staff covering 18 school districts within the community. Additional programs provided are mobile crisis outreach, adult community-based services, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services for adults and youth, children and family services, mental health and wellness education, outpatient therapy, psychiatry, chemical health services, housing assistance, drop-in centers, and crisis residential services.
