$300 rental deposit is required, but will be completely refunded if the city cancels event for any reason or if written cancelation notice is provided to DAC Coordinator more than 60 days prior to event. Half of deposit will be refunded if written cancelation notice is within 30 - 60 days prior to event. No refund will be honored if event is canceled within 30 days prior to event by the user. Deposit will be withheld if key FOB is not returned. Full day is 8 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday. Resident daily rate is $150 and non-resident hourly rate is $45; upon providing proof of 501 status, non-profits and civic groups respectively daily rate is $100 and hourly $25; civic groups have free rental between 4 pm - 9 pm Monday - Thursday Weekend full days are 10 am - 12 am Friday - Sunday. Resident daily rate is $250 and hourly rate is $65; non-resident daily rate is $275 and hourly rate is $70

Submit completed rental agreement and application, deposit, rental fee, insurance certificate (if applicable) and a copy of your photo ID to Dayton City Hall within 30 days prior to event
