Provides legal advice and representation to non-custodial parents who are delinquent in child support payments and who are facing court action as a result with the goal of achieving stability so that clients can meet their child support obligations. Services include: - Provide an opportunity for non-custodial parents to speak with an attorney regarding why they are unable to pay their child support - Connect clients with services and opportunities - Represent non-custodial parents facing possible jail time because of a contempt of court motion - Represent parents in paternity matters up to the point of adjudication of paternity ARS is not affiliated with the Hennepin County Attorney's office or the Hennepin County Child Support division.
