Provides the following services to all those in both family and professional roles that are in need of assistance to learn how to effectively communicate and meet the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of a loved one, client, resident with dementia including those with a history of repeated hospitalizations and dismissal from facilities for challenging and aggressive behavior. Services include:
- Conference presentations
- Group family consults
- Ongoing support to caregivers
- Private telephone family consultations
- Specialized and appropriate dementia training for both families and professionals
