Staff do not provide homeless motel vouchers. - Coordinated entry assessment for families and single adults ages 25 and older experiencing or at risk of homelessness - Street outreach provided to support individuals who are experiencing homelessness and living outside NOTE: People seeking temporary care for their pets must already be enrolled in a housing support program through Washington County's Homeless Outreach Services Team to see if their pet can be sheltered by referral.
