  • Accompaniment during the court process
  • Focuses on shifting legal and protective responsibility away from victims of domestic violence to the criminal justice system and provides options and accountability for those who are abusive
  • Information and referral to legal, medical, and social service agencies
  • Provides immediate intervention and coordination with law enforcement to assist victims at times of crisis
  • Offers accompaniment through the justice system and strives to keep victims informed
