Partners with public health departments, clinics, and health plans to deliver culturally relevant services aimed at preventing infectious and chronic diseases. It promotes preventive health practices in homes, clinical settings, and across communities. The program works to reduce the impact of diseases such as diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and sexually transmitted diseases through individual coaching, group-based evidence-informed courses, and advocacy for environmental and systems-level change.
