Administers the many functions of the attorney's office, which include: - Legal representation for the County Board and all departments - Prosecution of felony/gross misdemeanors in the county - Child protection matters, including child support collection and delinquency proceedings - Adult protection and adult commitment proceedings - Provides services to victims and witnesses in criminal actions Represents the county and state, not individual citizens
